Tratea operates high-throughput transactional email infrastructure. The integrity of our delivery pipelines depends on strict governance. Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension.
Tratea enforces an unconditional zero-tolerance stance against unsolicited electronic communications. No message may be dispatched through our infrastructure unless the recipient has affirmatively and demonstrably opted in to receive it.
Every new subscriber or alert recipient must confirm their intent through a two-step verification process:
Tratea mandates that all customers maintain comprehensive records. Each record must capture:

| IP Address | The IP address from which the subscription was initiated |
| Timestamp | The exact date and time of the opt-in event (UTC) |
| Confirmation Evidence | Proof that the double opt-in verification step was completed |
